Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Asterisk (Independent Publisher) ("Asterisk", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit pp.supplementnexus.com. We aim to collect only what we need.
1. Who we are
Asterisk (Independent Publisher), H.NO.27 BLOCK-H EME SECTOR DHA, LAHORE, 54500, PAKISTAN. Contact: support@healthinsider.site. Asterisk is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are an independent publisher of informational content about third-party products. We are not the brand owner, and we do not sell products, process payments or hold customer accounts.
2. What we collect
- Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting and content-delivery provider receives your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
- Measurement and advertising data. We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tags, and WeCanTrack's tag on our country landing pages. These may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and advertising identifiers such as a Google click ID (gclid) or UTM parameters.
- Click data. When you click a button that leads to the merchant, our server records a click event (time, which button, campaign and keyword information from your ad click, country, and an anonymous click ID). It also sends your IP address, browser user-agent, the page you came from and click identifiers to WeCanTrack so that a resulting sale can be attributed to us.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you.
The site has no account system, no checkout and no forms. We do not ask for payment details and we do not store customer data.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The tags above may set cookies or use similar technologies. We also set a first-party cookie that stores your ad click ID and campaign parameters for up to 90 days, so a purchase can be linked to the ad that brought you. Details and your choices are in our Cookie Policy.
4. Why we use data (legal bases)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, measuring advertising performance and reconciling affiliate commissions (Art. 6(1)(f)); your consent where we ask for it (Art. 6(1)(a)); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
5. Who receives data
- Google (Google Tag Manager and any Google advertising or analytics tags we configure in it).
- WeCanTrack (affiliate click and conversion attribution).
- Cloudflare, or another hosting and content-delivery provider, which serves the site.
- The affiliate network and the merchant. When you click a purchase button you leave this site. The affiliate network and the merchant process your data under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies. We do not receive your order or payment details.
- Research sources and the merchant's terms and help pages are linked from other domains. Those sites receive your data when you open them.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. Your data may therefore be processed outside your own country, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. Click records are kept as long as needed to reconcile commissions and for reporting, then deleted or anonymised. The ad-click cookie lasts up to 90 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you and to meet legal obligations. Data held by Google, WeCanTrack, the affiliate network and the merchant is subject to their own retention periods.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example your national authority in the EU/EEA, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner). Residents of US states with privacy laws (for example California) have comparable rights to know, delete and correct; we do not sell personal data as those laws define the term. To exercise a right, email support@healthinsider.site. We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data we hold. No internet transmission is completely secure.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
